The Mellodyn formula combines standardized herbal extracts with compounds

Ingredients
Melatonin. Melatonin is a natural human hormone that works with the body's
own sleep-wake cycle, providing a healthier, more refreshing sleep than
sedative drugs.
Valerian (Valeriana officinalis). Standardized Valerian extract, a safe
and effective natural sedative, calms both mind and body. It has been used

Chamomile (Matricaria recutita). Chamomile, one of the safest medicinal

by Chamomile teas, allowing you to fall asleep quickly and stay asleep through
the night.
Passion Flower (Passiflora incarnata) (herb) extract. Healers have used

Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis) (leaf). A clinical trial found a combination

Directions
Take one or two capsules of Mellodyn 30-60 minutes before bedtime. Do not
exceed two capsules at once or four capsules within any 24-hour period.
Mellodyn can be taken every night or occasionally "as needed".
If necessary, you can safely take Mellodyn every night for weeks or months.
When taken as directed, Mellodyn is not addictive or habit-forming.
